PSA/MPET/ATS donates bicycles and laptops
28 September 2017 | September… the end of the holidays, the start of the new school year. And also for us, it has been a very succesful and productive month! Thanks to the many volunteer actions, our employees were able to collect a nice amount of money for charity. With the collected funds, laptops and bicylces were purchased to donate to OCMW Youth Work.
OCMW Youth Work consists of a motivated team that helps vulnerable youngsters to keep up with their peers, supports them in their journey to independence and become the heroes of their own lives. They not only provide shelter, but also encourage youngsters to act as independent individuals in society.
Early September, the youngsters were invited to our headquarters at Napelsstraat, where they received 9 brand new shiny bicycles. It was rewarding to see so many happy faces, when they cycled of into the city!
And to close off the month, our IT heroes also delivered 9 new laptops with all necessary accessories at OCMW Youth Work. Again, the youngsters were very excited and enthousiastic, all set and ready to go back to school.
We wish them a lot of fun and a succesful start of the new school year.
Social Responsibility
PSA, MPET and ATS have been supporting local communities for years. We do not only wish to perform an economic role in society, but also a social one. Numerous projects and organizations are dear to us. Since 2017, we chose to really make a difference through a single social goal: supporting and helping children and youngsters in precarious conditions.
